Cultural Training for Supervisors

The role of the teamleader and supervisor is  key in effecting cultural change and influencing safe behaviours. This course will help bring about zero tolerance with regards to unsafe practices & unsafe conditions.

People generally work under a level of supervision. No behavioural change programme can succeed in the longer term without workers’ behaviours being incorporated into the supervisor’s role. This course will ensure that local supervision will not only get bought in to the concepts of cultural and behavioural change, but will be given the techniques in which to manage and monitor them.
